submitted by Haleigh H. - |Recommended: NoThere has been several times where there is not enough parking. Residents having to park on the grass or outside the gate. Several times the gate has been broken causing residents to be late to work. The walls are very thin. Several times we have had water leaks throughout the apartment. Maintenance had painted over the issues and was delayed in responding. Amenities are great. Poor communication

submitted by Youa B. - |Recommended: YesMy husband and I stumble upon this community unexpected and decided to walk in hoping for a showing. Miss Lara Ulanowski greeted us right away with her pretty face and cheerful attitude. Even though she was busy, she made time to answer all of our questions and managed to give us a tour. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable, went beyond our expectation and made us feel like part of the family already. I’m happy to say, we will be moving into the community in July and want to extend our appreciation to Ms. Ulanowski for finding us our dream space.

submitted by Emily - |Recommended: NoDon’t even live here but taking a tour to potentially live here was AWFUL. Lara was very dismissive towards us and acted like we were an inconvenience. She didn’t provide us with much information about the complex units we had to ask questions to get any information. The gated community part seems nice, but the treatment from the people who are supposed to want you to live there was very unwelcoming.
